I can't create a custom layout preset, App automatically closing

When I Rasterlize the layer object getting pixelate. But I saw on youtube about Adobe Illustrator they have Raster effects settings to change DPI. When change the DPI, Object not getting pixelate after rasterlize . Please help me how to do it on Affinity Designer. Or I should change to illustrator again. App is crashing though.

When selecting custom. App is closing automatically.
