Sofa Gas Rue
Question: Is it possible to have a 'icon size slider' similar to the one found in MacOS Finder? Issue/situation: I mostly find my documents in 'icon view' but I am not able to increase the icon sizes in the Affinity Photo open document dialog, similar to how I can in the MacOS finder. Is there a way to do so or is this a feature request for Affinity Devs? Attachment: See attached screenshot of the icon size slider for reference. Operating system: OSX Catalina 10.15.3 Affinity Photo: Version 1.8.3 Any help or input on this matter is much appreciated. Thank you in advance. PS: if this post is in the wrong forum, then please let me know, and I will submit it in another.

I don't know how it is on a Mac (I'm a Windows user), but I'd be waiting for some choice there - I'd try to select the second icon on top. fde101
It uses the standard Open dialog provided by the OS. This is not a feature request for Serif, but for Apple. Note that you can apparently do this by manually editing a plist file: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/how-to-change-the-open-save-dialog-icon-sizes.2050263/ Just be careful when making changes that way... Hi Fde101, Thanks for the input, I honestly thought the GUI elements from Finder could be accessed by developers as well, and not be restricted to Apple's own thing. Not going to change anything as its not a killer just would have been a neat thing to be able to do.
