I am very very new to Affinity, though I've been taking photos for a long time but its just been for hobby for myself and my children. But I was curious, while taking some photos today out on a walk with my boys, I noticed upon inspection when I transferred them to my Mac that a lot of the focus points were off the subject. Is there any way to change the focus points in the Affinity Editor. I only shoot in RAW. I also use the Canon Rebel T6. All stock lenses that came with it as well! Any help will be awesome thank you so much in advance! in the photo attached is the bee, I tried uploading the Red Cardinal but it told me error.

No, not really. A photo is just a 'flat' 2D image. There is no 'extra' focus data in it that Affinity Photo could use to change the focus.

One and the main problem is the camera missed focusing on that little bee. No software will make it sharp. In the Develop Module, you can choose to have AP show the Focus Points. Go to View>Studio>Focus. On that tab check the box Show AF Regions. It will overlay the small boxes (Auto Focus Points) on your image. The green box(es) will be what your camera locked on, if it did in fact lock focus. In your sample, my guess would be it locked focus on the yellow flower to the upper left of the bee.
