RatDemon Posted April 17, 2020 Share Posted April 17, 2020 I was successfully able to add noise to the actual text color, but I also wish to add it to the outline I put around it. In the image below, you can see the red text has 29% noise in it. On the black outline effect, however, I've put the nose all the way to the right and it still remains a solid color. It also doesn't matter if it's text, shape, or a pixel layer, or if it's a dark or a light color - the outline will not get noise on it.
