NoLongerHere Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 An outline in the fx panel ignores the noise setting. Quote
Old Bruce Posted January 24, 2020 Posted January 24, 2020 Not here either. Mac OS 10.14.6 Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
retrograde Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 As a work around to different elements with different amounts of noise... I typically will use a separate layer of noise over the entire piece if I want to have noise over everything. Placed on the top layer of the layer stack. Use a white shape covering the entire piece set to multiply with noise added to it. Works like a charm and you can adjust the amount of noise or opacity to the desired amount globally.
