Indent problem on picture warp

Hi,

Another long lasting problem:

use a text frame with a list text in it (defined by a text style) (left part of the photo), place a picture and wrap it onto the left.
The distance between the bullet and the text does not follow the instructions of the defined text style any longer, as well as the left indent is getting incorrect (right part of the photo).
Please refer to the red markers.
