Unfortunately we don't support calculations or formulas in Affinity Publisher currently, all Spreadsheet data uses the numerical values only - my apologies!

This is something we hope to support in the future, however we have no eta for this currently.

Yes, though you need to claim it.It is claimable through the welcome screen that appears when the software starts (and in the help menu)

What does this mean, do you mean the bug is the same, yes it is not part of the 1.8.3 release. If you mean you are asking the same question as before but this time about the iPad version, then the answer is no, there is no free content with the iPad version.
