Add reset to adjustments

Add the ability to all adjustments to reset the values to a default central position

I think that there needs to be the ability to reset the slider value to default by double clicking on the slider value name as well.  This allows for much better interaction with the application and seems to be implemented in other softwares as a standard.

I second jknights' suggestion. Sliders should snap to zero (or default) on double click
