CVSebastian
Hello everybody, I bought Affinity Photo and Pubslisher a couple weeks ago. I want to use the programs on multiple devices. On the laptop it runs, but on the PC Affinity now asks me to buy a license again. Can someone give me a hint please?
walt.farrell
Where did you buy them, @CVSebastian? What OS do you have on the laptop, and on the PC? CVSebastian
Hey Walt, Thank you for your fast answer! I bought it directly at affinity.serif.com Both devices run a Windows 10 OS
walt.farrell
Given that you purchased from Serif, you can go back to the Store and download the products from the Downloads & Product Keys part of your account. That will let you download the product to your second machine without purchasing again. You will have to enter the product key again, though, after the install.
