I’m trying brushes whose color varies by pressure. How can the colors be known or controlled? I have black and red selected in the color picker, but the brush varies from blue to teal to magenta.

thank you For any info on this!

Hi VectorCat,

I think it should follow the colour you have selected in the colour tab like a regular brush is this not the case with your brushes? Are they texture or image brushes?

Thanks

I’d Think so, too...just regular brushes, no matter which one, they cycle through the colors of the spectrum, regardless of which color I have selected.

so, if you wanted to vary color by pressure between, say, a wine red and a brick red, you couldn’t do it..instead you’re going to get Roy G Biv
