When you signed up for the free trial at the Affinity Store, you provided your name and email address. You should have then gotten an email with all the instructions you need to follow to download the product. Did you receive that email? If not, perhaps you need to check your Spam folder. Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. You only have an account with the Affinity Store if you've purchased something directly from that store, or downloaded some of the free content that comes with one of the Affinity products. If you purchased from the Mac App Store (MAS) you would not have an Affinity account to sign into. If you purchased from the MAS and your purpose in wanting the account is to get one of the free downloads, then just click on the offer on the Welcome screen in your Affinity application and you'll initiate the creation of an account so you can download it.
