Unahrt Posted March 8, 2020 Posted March 8, 2020 (edited) WHY??? Is very important!!t!!! Hey guys, I really need your help. it is a customer file. Worked on it last night and now I can't open it. The file format would not be known. I tried reinstalling, renaming the file to a template, nothing helps. I think that since I didn't link the resources, I integrated them and the file is large, some bug occurred. File paths have not been changed. I would be really grateful for quick help. Otherwise I am really enthusiastic, but that is not possible when you are working on commissioned items. Oh yes: Publisher MAC, latest update; with Windows it is the same. Hello John, thanks a lot for your support. Until when in approximately we can expect you to look at the documents? I'd have to keep working on them. Thank you in advance and Best Regards Thomson Quote
Staff Jon P Posted March 11, 2020 Staff Posted March 11, 2020 @Thomson I've passed your file on to development but I can't say if, or when it will be fixed unfortunately. I would advise working from a back up if possible. I'll update you if I get a fixed version of the file to send back to you Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
