michalje
Hello, I have updated the programs to version 1.8 .... I noticed that after the update one thing probably was not completely refined ... and I do not remember that such a thing was earlier. Maybe it's the font's fault? I don't know, I tried on Arial and it's the same. In the pictures I show what exactly is going on. The same happens when the font is curved or not ... Strange things also happen when using the Expand Stroke and Subtract functions.
GarryP
This is a known problem - lots of other threads on the same thing - and it is being worked on by the developers.

markw
This has been improved in the latest beta version 1.8.2. Which should also be considered as a stable update to the current release versions.
