mick560 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Hi, I was having trouble with the aphoto new version so thought I would download the older one 1.7.3. I downloaded it but now its asking for a product key, I bought it from microsoft store in 2018 but it will only let me download the new version and there is no information about older product keys. walt.farrell Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Purchases from the Microsoft Store don't have product keys, and you can't use a version you download from Serif (except possibly in trial mode) unless you've purchased from Serif. I don't think you can downgrade unless you purchased from Serif originally. Sorry.
