maxen Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 When I create a text layer, I can appy a stroke color, but the usual stroke interface for adjusting the stroke style is missing. I have to pack the layer inside a group to access the stroke menu. Is that intentional? Quote
Staff MEB Posted February 28, 2020 Staff Posted February 28, 2020 Hi maxen, Are you referring to the Stroke panel (usually located on the right)? This panel is only available in Affinity Designer and Publisher, not in Photo. What application are you using? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Staff MEB Posted February 28, 2020 Staff Posted February 28, 2020 Hi maxen, Thanks for the screenshot. Go to menu View > Studio > Character and check the Decorations section. You can change the stroke properties for text objects there. Alternatively with the text object selected change to the Pen Tool or any Shape tool and you should be able to change the stroke attributes from the context toolbar as well. maxen Posted February 28, 2020 Author Posted February 28, 2020 I knew I had seen that somewhere before... thanks al lot! Would be nice, to see this part in the context toolbar. Quote
