My feeling is that Serif should focus on footnotes before those things, as they seem to be requested much more frequently. I too am eager for footnotes, but my personal priority (in a theoretical selfish world where I were the only one that matters) would be paragraph composer, because I spend a good deal of time with cleaning up spacing that I never had to do in InDesign.
