barny Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 Hi I wonder if anyone can assist with the following. I'm trying to add a signature to a brush but I'm obviously doing it wrong somewhere, as below. File>>new>>check the transparent background>>ok>>click text brush>>type signature>>export as png file>>open new photo file>>click on brush menu>>new intensity brush>>select the saved brush file>>select paint brush. As I understand it the new signature brush should be available but nothing appears. I did get it right previously but I deleted it and did it again in italic, and since then It won't work. Any info much appreciated. Using an imac with mojave os Quote

Following your description except I made a new empty category to make and save the brush to. Then there was the hassle of getting the size large enough to see it. Edit: Did you set the blend mode to Normal? Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.7 | Affinity Photo 2.5.7 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.7 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
firstdefence Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Wouldn’t it be easier to just make the signature an asset that you can drag onto the document?
