rk958344 Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 (edited) Hello, I am using Affinity Photo App version 1.7.3.481 on Windows 10 Pro Intel i9 CPU 32GB RAM. While running Affinity Photo in batch mode for JPG processing (to apply custom macro filter) the tool is crashing right after hitting OK button in "New Batch Job" Dialog box. I have tried unchecking Parallel processing option but to no avail. Please find the marco file attached for replicating issue. JPG photo resolution is 1702x2560 pixel. Staff Chris B Posted January 14, 2020 Staff Posted January 14, 2020 Hey rk958344, I've checked this in the current beta and it looks like it is working. It does crash my retail version though. Thanks rk958344 1 Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
rk958344 Posted January 14, 2020 Author Posted January 14, 2020 Thanks a bunch Chris for update. Which version can I expect this fix? Quote
Staff Chris B Posted January 15, 2020 Staff Posted January 15, 2020 It will be 1.8 something. Once we are happy with the beta, it will make its way to retail. You can use the beta version if you need to work with batch processing for now but I'd go back to the retail version if you need to work on an actual project. Note that .afphoto files cannot be opened in 1.7 if you saved it in 1.8 but you will be fine working with images from a batch.
