kobaltkween Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 Hi. I'm on Windows 7 and both Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer are crashing on open. After reading some threads here, I found I could open Photo by opening an image. From reading those threads, I think the issue is the splash screen. Unfortunately, they only said this was fixed by reformatting the computer. I really don't feel that's an acceptable solution for me at this time. Does anyone have any other solutions?
