That sounds very odd and very much a technical issue, which I suggest you report here - https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/76-report-a-bug-in-affinity-photo/ Simon PN Peder· a few seconds ago 0 Thanks for your very quick reply. I also noticed that on your video screen the open photos (such as winter horse, woman charcoal, etc.) show up along the top (somewhat similar when I use Affinity on my iPad) but there is no such ;listing of my open photos on the Mac version - the only awareness is showing up as I indicated in the screen capture). Thanks again for quick reply, Peder PN Quote

This is normal Mac OS behavior for many Mac apps, not just the Affinity ones. For example, if you use Apple's own Preview app, right-clicking on its Dock icon will bring up a similar list of files recently opened in that app. And for both the Affinity & Preview apps, that list may include files that no longer exist on the Mac, so choosing one of them does nothing. If you want to clear the list, open the app (Affinity, Preview, or whatever) & from the File menu > Open Recent sub-menu, choose the "Clear Menu" item. Note that this is an all or nothing option -- there is no way to remove just some files from the Dock popup. Dan C Posted December 6, 2019 Posted December 6, 2019 Hi Peder Nielsen, Welcome to the forums You can also disable this for all apps on your Mac, if you wish. Open System Preferences>General, here you will see a Recent Items option which by default is set to 10. You can set this to 0 and you will find that no recent documents show when right-clicking the app. Please do note however that Affinitys File>Open Recent is populated by this feature, so if you turn this off on your Mac you will find this list will also remain blank. I hope this helps! R C-R 1 Quote
