DavidMac
Obviously with .afdesign and .afphoto being brand new extensions none of my image browsers can thumbnail them. However I was very surprised to discover that even AFP's own browser doesn't do this either! Are there any plans for the future either with your own browser or talks with third parties to accommodate the new format? It would be very handy ........ Staff MEB Posted July 10, 2015 Staff Share Posted July 10, 2015 Hi DavidMac, The Media Browser should still be improved a little to accommodate new features. So i believe this will also be addressed at some point. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Bmuse
How do preview extensions get made for Finder, etc? I remember downloading some third-party (random-person made) extensions a while back for additional file formats in Finder. Is this something you (Affinity) create and provide? Staff MEB Posted July 10, 2015 Staff Share Posted July 10, 2015 Hi Bmuse, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) You should have Finder and Quick look previews without having to install anything. Which OS are you running? Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
