Got past texture layer problem per Member Help. Now:

Can't get texture to apply only to text. Change in Affinity operations since Book published?

Hi PaulD

You need to clip the Texture layer within the Text object, as shown in the screenshot to the right hand side of step 1&2 on page 331, I've created a quick GIF showing this below!

Got it. By clip, you mean drag under A-text. It worked but I had to re-color text.
