SixTwo
I'm using the free trial version, and for some reason there are no Colour/Swatches/Stroke/Brushes tabs to the right of the main window. I see from tutorials where they *should* appear, but that same area is blank on my version. Am I missing something??? I'm fluent in graphics programs in general, but this has me baffled. Thanks! SixTwo Hi SixTwo, Welcome to the forum. I am using both the paid version & Beta Trial of AD. Try clicking on the View menu & seeing if any or all the items in Studio are checked or unchecked: Paul. A_B_C
In addition to what Paul said, you might try View > Studio > Reset Studio as well … :) (Hey Paul, great wallpaper, by the way … ;)) Paul Bravery
SixTwo
Thanks, both of you, I can now see all attribute palettes. I'm trying to determine if AD has enough benefits over Inkscape and iDraw to be worth purchasing. (iMac running OS X 10.8.5) Although I may purchase anyway, just to support development of a good, native Mac illustration application :) Just found AD does text on a path, including kerning...so that's good...and it allows text characters to be converted to editable paths -- great -- now looking for a way to do dimensioning, so far no luck...same goes for arrowheads...will keep looking later, but wanted to let you know my original question was answered, Thank You. Poking around on this forum, it's nice to see there is an active AD community, and responsive development team. Paul Bravery
