Perhaps .... but that would be unnecessarily tedious. Yes I can see all objects on the master page but I can't manipulate them. Promoting the MP text box to all 48 pages would be a pain.

This is great if you are only ever gong to use one page size. How about naming custom sizes so they can be kept and chosen later?

Inserting pages, I need to duplicate objects from a source page - I cannot find any way to do that on the insert page dialog. Am I missing something? In particular I need to replicate the text boxes. Adding a text box to all 48 pages gets tedious, even if I do copy and paste, and align.

I believe I had a problem like this s few versions back... The workaround then was create a PDF and print from that. Thanks for the warning... I also print booklets, so this is important to me, too -
