I disabled my AdBlock & my UntrackMe Safari extensions & it worked just fine! I knew it had to be something simple. lol

Ok, well, I haven't figured it out, but I do now know that it has something to do with my iMac. I tried it on my old MacBook Pro & it worked just fine. Go figure.....

Hey Sean, I hadn't upgraded to High Sierra, yet, so I did that. I've cleared my cache & history. For some reason it keeps redirecting from the Checkout page to the Home page when it's loading. It's doing it with both Photo & Designer. It's not the end of the world if I don't get the freebees, but it's just weird that it's doing that and I haven't seen anyone else with this problem.

The "Claim Now" button for the free downloads is initially loading to a checkout page, but then immediately redirects to the home page, not allowing me access to the downloads. I'm using Safari.

No, I don't have another browser installed. I've tried logging out, clearing my cache and closing/reopening Safari. It keeps redirecting me to the home page.

Yes, when I click on the claim button it brings up the Affinity store, but it brings me to the home page. When I sign in, I still don't have access to any content. When I watch the URL as I click on the Claim link, it starts to take me to the Checkout page, but then automatically changes to the home page.

The Downloads & Product Keys section is grey and I'm not able to click on it.

Hello, I apologize in advance, but I'm thoroughly confused. I purchased Affinity Photo & Designer through the Mac App store a year or so ago. I just updated and then followed the link on the Welcome page for the free downloads & created a new account with the "New to Affinity" tab in the cart, which was the only place I could find it. I can't figure out how to download just the free extras. I'm not able to link my previous purchases to my account. I've noticed that when I click on the "Claim Now" link, the url is changing from affinity.store/checkout to the store homepage and I only have the option of clicking on a new purchase option to get to the cart. Unless I'm completely missing something.
