Hi, so working in Photo app for Mac using Affinity as Extension (also using Edit in Affinity Photo to use the full power of Affinity), every time i save a photo it's saved as jpeg back to Photo ? Why instead I see that Photo continue to show only the original RAW file with the same original size ... I'm a bit confused ...

+ 1 for this feature request. It would be perfect to have .afphoto file in iCloud synced to be workable either on iPad and on Mac. And just curious (and confused): where do you put your original RAW file ? Non in iCloud ? In iCloud you save only the .afphoto file ? But .afphoto file has the whole pic in it not only the adjustment done to original file ??

There's a way to fast download all the tutorial on my mac ? I'm doing file_by_file in Vimeo but just wonder if there's a faster way to click and download the whole lessons ...

What suggestion can you give me for this 2 scenario ? Assuming Affinity can work with lossless compressed RAW (25 MB against non compressed 50 MB) and that Apple Photo instead (actually) not support compressed RAW. I'd like to use Apple Photo for easily store and share photo with family / friends. 1) Shoot raw non compressed and save all the raw in Photo and from then work using Affinity Photo 2) Shoot raw compressed and save all the raw (in iCloud Drive to have a backup or save on external hard disk) and after working in Affinity Photo import the JPEG in Photo Any idea / suggestions ?

Hi Meb thanks for the reply and support. So, for now, is preferable to shoot in JPEG and import pics into Photo (for Mac / iPad). Also my edits in Affinity Photos on Mac are not editable if i use Affinity Photo extension in Photo ? Btw if i click on > Edit in Affinity Photo extension i receive this error message: Affinity Photo could not be launched. Please press cancel. How i can solve that ? I'm in trial mode ...

Hi all, i'm totally new to Affinity world and while i'm tried to view all the tutorials, lurking this forum, etc. i've some preliminary questions about the best workflow to follow to use Affinity with Photo on Mac / iPad. I use a Fuji XT2 and have an iPad pro and MBP. I normally shoot on JPEG but with this new Camera (and the new great Affinity Photo apps on Mac and iPad that i'd like to buy asap) i'd like to start to shoot RAW (lossless) (or would be better RAW-JPEG ?). Affinity from 1.5 should work with Fuji lossless raf file, is it correct? Actually i import the photo at full res on my Mac syncing through iCloud on my iPad pro. Using Affinity what could be the best workflow ? - Import the raw on iPad using this https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MJYT2AM/A/lightning-to-sd-card-camera-reader - The file will be imported into Affinity library or will stay in Photo library ? - To free space i could after working with RAW in Affinity export the JPEG into Photo ?
