Thanks. I use external editor already, but it doesn´t work with raws here ... I might view the pictures in Photos, export the ones I want to edit and import them back, until 1.5 comes out. Any schedule when that will be?

I´m sure there must be an answer in this forum, but I didn´t really find it. What´s the best workflow for RAW pics with affinity if you don´t have Lightroom? I used jpegs until now, where it worked out of Photos using the "external editors" extension, but now I switched to raws. I can´t open the RAW files from Apples Photos app, as far as I can see. I tried importing them to a folder, browsing with affinitys media browser, but this does´t work to well – the previews have a bad quality and I have to open each one first to really see if it´s worth developing. Furthermore, the browser jumps back to the top each time I select a picture, forcing me to scroll a lot. How do you guys manage this? Thanks Robert

Oh, that´s a pitty. As for now I´m only working with jpeg so for me this is still great. But I was hoping this was also a way of managing your raws with "Photos" and Affinity only.

In the Mac App Store there is a (new?) App for Apples Photos App called "external editor for Photos". It enables you to use any editor (e.g. Affinity!) to open directly out of the Photos App and save directly there. To me this is perfect! I guess there are more people that can use it. And it is only 99 cent.
