This is my work for Vectober 2020 challenge.

This is the first time I am participating in the Vectober Challenge. However, I have been using Affinity programs for a very long time. I think Affinity Designer is the best thing I used for illustration. (I used to use Adobe and Corel products earlier). Throughout the Vectober 2020 Challenge, I will be happy to share all the original files of all the illustrations that I will do. I think it will be useful for all beginner illustrators to learn my source files to understand how the magic of artwork is done in Affinity Designer.

Maybe. Currently they can be manually copied from the relevant folders under %APPDATA%, but we may add a more user friendly version at some point.

The document I work on is pretty small (~25 pages). I've noticed, that the performance gets worse and worse the longer I work on it. If I re-open Publisher, the performance is normal again. The performance issues I'm experiencing include:
Focusing another Text Area takes more and more time When a Paragraph flows to an attached Text Area, it takes more and more time for the view to update. I.e. the paragraph is basically shown on both Text Areas. After some time the Paragraph disappears from the first Text Area. Typing responsiveness gets worse and worse. I've noticed before, that if the History Pane is open and active (i.e. you can see the History entries) the performance drops a lot, especially if there is a longer History Log. Maybe this is related to the History Log filling up?

Congratulations on the release of designer iOS it’s awesome!
just wondering whether it would be possible to include an option to auto-close pencil strokes, rather than drawing a shape and then having to close the Shape manually, it would be a real time-saver.
