No need to make fun of. I only used the application to provide technical support for the customers I have recommended Affinity software to and promised to help them out when they need it (sign makers). I am not the creative force but I am able to google and figure out how-to much faster than my clients. Made step by step tutorials how to create cut contours for vinyl cutters, how to create custom spot color palettes etc.

I had the 90 day trial and missed my window of purchase as I did not do any graphic work for more than a month. I expected the lockdown trial version to have the discount attached to it but no. Back to CorelDRAW.

Just want to confirm that a single Windows license will work simultaneously on my Windows laptop & Windows desktop?

Welcome to the Affinity forums.
I'm not sure whether you are asking a question, or confirming that you can use the Affinity apps on more than one computer which have the same operating system?  Assuming it's a question, then yes, use on multiple computers running the same OS and all of which you control is certainly the case.

You can't do that, but Serif is offering a 90-day free trial right now that you could use on your Mac. And a 50% discount if you want to buy that second copy.

If you bought the Windows version of Affinity Designer you can install & use it on as many Windows computers as you own or control, provided you are the only one using them for commercial purposes. If you bought the Mac version of Affinity Designer the same conditions apply, except that they apply to Macs. IOW, you need to purchase licenses separately for the Mac & Windows versions if you use both kinds of computers; otherwise one license covers all your computers, unless more than one of them is used for commercial purposes by more than one person.

Hard to believe I'm the first one to request it, so I assume my quick search simply didn't involve the proper tags. :3
 
That said, please please please please consider developing for Windows. I have a Mac at work, sure, but they're going to demand I stay on the office-standard Photoshop (lest things get weird) and I don't feel like paying 5x the amount the hardware is worth, so I rock a Windows PC at home—but I'd love to get in on this.
 
Adobe has been losing their luster with their ever increasing money-grabs, so I really want to support their competitors...but you all develop exclusively for Mac! xD There's love from us over in Windowsland to be shared—come to the dark side!
