  1. My issue was handled swiftly. Great customer service.
  2. No need to make fun of. I only used the application to provide technical support for the customers I have recommended Affinity software to and promised to help them out when they need it (sign makers). I am not the creative force but I am able to google and figure out how-to much faster than my clients. Made step by step tutorials how to create cut contours for vinyl cutters, how to create custom spot color palettes etc.
  3. I had the 90 day trial and missed my window of purchase as I did not do any graphic work for more than a month. I expected the lockdown trial version to have the discount attached to it but no. Back to CorelDRAW. I managed to "sell" dozens of Affinity products during that time in various support forums and groups tho..
  4. I was just looking for the same information, hoping to share the PC version on my home Mac during lockdown.
  5. Still unclear. Can I use the same Affinity (Designer) app, purchased from the App store, on multiple computers of mine if I only use one at the time? Corel does allow installation on two different devices given you don't use them at the same time (ie. office and home computers). I would not use them for design anyway. Tech support only.
  6. The lack of spot colours was a restriction in my initial trial (the period is long over so can't test). Looks like the feature is finally implemented. I see CutContour is there for contour cutting but does Designer also support importing Corel Draw or AI swatches (specifically for Roland Color System Library)? This would make Affinity Designer a very reasonable alternative to Corel Draw.
