Hello Julie, I am sorry you have not received your Workbook yet but due to the success of the Black Friday offer when you placed your order, Amazon (who pack and despatch all of our orders) ran out of stock. We are now in the process of sending more books to them as we speak so hopefully it shouldn't be too long before they are able to process all of the back orders.   5. Hello Alex, Thanks for getting in touch and for using our Affinity software. Serif are not able to view orders made through the App Store or iTunes as Apple (quite rightly) do not share this information with us, therefore you will not be able to see any of these purchases in your Affinity Store account. The only time you will see orders is if you bought directly from us or downloaded any free trials or content that we offer with the software. Therefore, in order to obtain the free Ui kit just click on the Welcome screen you will be presented with and sign in as a new or registered customer and claim the kit. For a VAT invoice you would need to get in touch with Apple who will give you more information. I hope this helps. Andy

I think it is worth noting that while we are no longer updating or promoting PagePlus X9 as we did before, we are still supporting it so if you have any technical issues we can certainly help you. In terms of a bundle deal when Publisher is released, I would not be able to say at this early stage if there would be an opportunity to buy all three at a reduced rate. However, based on previous launches there is the possibility that we may have a limited discount and you may get lucky. I hope this helps. Andy
  9. You most certainly ca use it on multiple devices.If bought from us you can install it on as many PC's or Laptop's that you own and personally use. I hope this helps.
  10. Hello Irene, Thanks for your interest in our software. While you can install your software on an iMac and MacBook, you would need to buy a copy for iPad as this is quite distinct from the other two devices. If you have anymore questions please get in touch. Best Regards, Andy
  11. Sorry, there is no eBook but the hardback copy, which is packed and despatched by Amazon, usually takes 3/5 days for delivery in Europe although this is not guaranteed. I hope his helps.
