According to the instructions added by the distributor when purchasing the code, I was supposed to activate the code at https://store.serif.com/redeem/I did not download the program @SFurniss Yes, I have sent you an email. Thank you very much.

Good morning, exactly a year ago I bought a code for three Affinity programs still in version 1. Today I wanted to activate them, unfortunately none of the codes work, because I write that they have been expired. I called the Polish distributor I was ordering about, he said I had to contact the manufacturer. What can I do in this situation? Is it possible to activate the codes? No one has ever used them, I have a VAT invoice for them.
