Adobe Illustrator has the blend tool, and I think adding a similar tool to Affinity Designer would be a fantastic addition.
It provides functionality that enables artists to produce some very cool shape blending. I've attached a bunch of example. Many more can be found on the web.

As I am researching this post, I find that seems to have been on your road map 8 years ago https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/7941-designer-blend-shapes/&do=findComment&comment=32002 , but still has not been added. Is there something blocking it's implementation?
I think it is safe to say that, not just me, but a lot of people would really appreciate this feature. I hope you can find a way to bring it to V2.
