So, I thank you all, here is my result I attach also the AF file, so that you can see all of the layers I could make a difference with the last 2 layers: painting a medium color in color blend mode adding some noise cloning the pattern away moiré AF.afphoto

I watched the FFT Denoise tutorial but it cannot solve my problem, patterns on seats of a car

Here is Apply image + Pin light it is half way between green and gold
