Hi Gihan, the only chance is to export/save as in an other format. For me is a JPEG fine. But than i have to handle with to files - one for editing and one for inserting in the layout. It like back to the 90th.... Roger Hassler

Hi! Check out the beta version from today. I tested for some minutes. I updates Windows and the graphic card driver also. Now it seems to work! Please try also and report here.

Same here! We are a publishing house with regular magazine publications. I cant work with V2, cant open the V2 files in V1. My solution is take a lot of more time and save the files as jpeg instead of psd files. Dear Support team, pleas give us a hint if serif work on a solution!

Same here with PSD Files. Try to export your images as JPeg and insert again!

I have similar problems! PSD files disappear. After opening the document it is still visible. Then after counting to 5 it disappears - very strange! Link and empty box remains. After creating package, they returned again. After reboot again the same problem. My workaround is: Open the PSD file again in Photoshop, save as JEPG and insert it. I have the same issue with this version on latest Win10 OS. Working with Ryzen9 , Geforce3960Ti, 64GB Ran, 2Tb SSD. A fast solution would be great!! Kind regards from the Airbrush Step by Step magazine. Roger

Any news about that feature to open a edit a psd file in Photoshop or other App.? Procreate maybe for example or Corel Painter. Roger
