Unable to save a document in 1.10.0

U. Sandhaus posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows

I am desperately trying to save a document, but I do always get the following information: "Failed to save the document. Saving failed. Reason: internal error. Please inform the develepors about this." Saving on a different drive doesn't work, too. Any ideas? Sorry for my poor English, I am no native speaker.
