  1. When I looked this issue up on here, there were convincing reasons to believe it was to do with anti aliasing.... however, when the document was exported to png... the lines were along with it. Black version is in affinity, white is client’s screenshot of exported png Thankyou!
  2. As much as his last comment riled me, since you’re here Patrick... apologies for being a dick posting a new thread on well worn topic
  3. You aren’t aware of the complexity of the task... questioning someone else’s professionalism from a place of ignorance says more about you my friend... as does your condescending remark after I apologized. Maybe the rules are don’t fight doochebagery with doochebagery.
  4. Your’e right, I’m sorry. It was a childish act of frustration. I was asked to do something for a client that took me hours in a fixed price job without the tool. My genuine apologies, I appreciate AD a great deal, and the feedback I get from this forum. I was indeed being a little bitch.
  5. Hey I set my default save location to iCloud, however when attempting to save either with a project open or when on the “home screen” I receive the message: saving.. on ipad. Would appreciate any clues Mark
  6. Hey So I’m hoping to animate a layered designer file within procreate. The easiest method will be to rasterize all layers and (apparently) import as psd... which isn’t working. After some investigation i found procreate doesn’t support 16bit, but I can’t see the option to alter to 8 bit when exporting from AD. I’m not tied to any method however, so if there is any way to achieve the layered import, I’d be super grateful to hear. Cheers! M
  7. As much as my above comment implies doubt, I’m pretty sure they must be aware. Incidentally I’ve had really helpful and chill responses by people either working for or connected to Affinity on here and they seem to be a great team, but yeah, perspective tools should be high on the list. There are work arounds with AP, but it ain’t the same.
  8. This is an old ass thread. I really hope they are taking note by now. Affinity have done an exceptional job overall, but without one of the most basic vector tools included a ball has seriously been dropped. With regards to the use of photo to perform perspective. I tried this, and since the lines aren’t vector, the tapering caused some of them to disappear at the wider end. Please guys, sort this.
  9. Hmm, I have a 2018 iPad Pro 🤔 How about you? Cheers for the input.
  10. Cheers Paul, yeah, it’s a consistent issue after repeated restarts. I just assumed I was doing it wrong. I was reticent to take to the bug thread cus I had been “reporting” a lot of “bugs” that were me just being a dumbass 😂 Thanks for the response mate 🙏🏻
  11. Hey watched the tutorial video ref brush duplication, but when I attempt it, the duplicate doesn’t appear at the bottom of the list. Thanks! IMG_0373.MP4
  12. Thanks Dan! I also saw on another thread from 2014 that they were thinking of adding a “shape library” for custom shapes. Any news about that? Cheers mate 🙏🏻
  13. Hey Any chance this feature will be included on any subsequent updates? thankyou 🙏🏻
  14. Thanks Gabe, I’ll maybe post in another section next time. Appreciate the help.
  15. Hey guys So when I pick a color, it is placing it in an adjacent slot to the main color meaning I have to select it from the menu on the right to use. It is making the Apple Pencil double tap method of quickly jumping from brush to picker ineffective. The reason why I think it is a bug and not me misunderstanding is that it “randomly” toggles from “working” to not. Attached is a video. M IMG_0263.MP4
  16. Hi Chris. You are a legend mate, thank you so much. Problem solved (the ultimate problem being my IQ 😂)
