I would also very much like this feature. I'm not super dependent on it, but it has proven useful in the past when adding photo and drawing assets.

Hi everyone, James here from Canada and I've been a freelance artist and graphic designer (with a recent degree and everything) for the last decade. I'm moving over to Designer, Photo, and Publisher on desktop from Adobe, and just getting started with learning it. I'm really looking forward to discovering what these applications can do

I agree, please implement this. I was just starting to sit down and learn these applications and was shocked when there wasn't a vector eraser.
