  1. As I can see, you can't edit V2 file on V1? Any way to make this work?, because if you're using Win7 machine with V1 (can't install V2) you won't be able to edit files from V2 from your another computer (running Win10). Well played I'd have to admit.
  2. I've edited the original post with the solution. Good luck everyone and I really appreciate help from @walt.farrell, @carl123 and others on this one. Thanks
  3. I'll try changing the country, it might work.
  4. 1. Croatia 2. Nope 3. Not from Romania I've just paid for my VPS hosting services to German provider, so all of this is out of the question...
  5. Are you sure the message is imposed by PayPal? I'm in Europe and payments (send/receive) work just fine for my country.
  6. Guys, what's going on with your PayPal payments?: Unfortunately we are currently unable to support PayPal payments for your Affinity Account country. I can't use PayPal anymore to purchase new version or what? (I did pay with PayPal first the time I've purchased your software) EDIT (the solution): Simply change your country in your Affinity account from whatever to US and PayPal will work.
  7. If I may ask, what is the difference between MSIX and EXE in this case? I'm also planning to purchase and that's why I ask.
  8. Hi all, New machine, kept my old Win7 Pro x64 licence, using Radeon RX 580. Installed all 3 Affinity apps without errors, but when starting them, I get this: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: Designer.exe Application Version: 1.10.4.1198 Application Timestamp: 617b2bf8 Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.17514 Fault Module Timestamp: 4ce7c78c Exception Code: e0434352 Exception Offset: 000000000000a49d OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1050 Additional Information 1: 7ccb Additional Information 2: 7ccb2fa98342573c8a26d5624a3b51e6 Additional Information 3: a8fb Additional Information 4: a8fb96137624c6e2754fef8b0e574bfa I have all the latest drivers for my hardware, .NET framework 4.8 installed... Please help..
  9. Alright, I might do so, but will monitor for changes first to have a clean argument befor I post anything. There are also several other tweeks that might come handy for someone coming from Adobe products like myself.
  10. Same as you, win10. Yeah, the top or context toolbar reverts each time you restart the app. to a default “HSL Colour Wheel”, that's why I'm asking this. It seems that if settings are changed on the toolbar on the right, the app memorises the settings even after restart, that's all I needed!
  11. I've got it, thank you both for your generous support. I was selecting top "Fill" bar instead of using the one on the right toolbar where I can select the default slider and Affinity will memorise the selection so I don't have to selct it every time. Btw, I'm impressed by promt responses in this community.
  12. Thanks for your reply, but are we talking about the same thing? Everytime I select Fill, then Colour tab, I need the default selection to be "RGB Hex Sliders", also I don't have that little lock you have on your image... Also, how to change order of Fill tabs, I have Swatches, Color, Gradient and would like the Color (with default RGB Hex Sliders as a default selection). Thanks Edit: I'm stupid, been using "Fill" on the top toolbar, now I see there is another one in right toolbar which has that little lock you posted. Thanks for your help mate.
  13. Hi there, How do I set the default fill color mode to RGB Hex Sliders in Affinity Designer? Thanks
