  1. Hi, I just installed Photo 2.0 and though it asks to import custom content, it does not import the 'export presets' from Photo 1. As I bought Photo 1 in the Mac Store, there doesn't seem to be an Application Support folder for Affinity Photo 1.0 Can I copy that profile over from 1.0 to 2.0? And if so, where are presets stored in 1.0? Thanks, Etienne
  2. Just my 2 cents. Initially I thought, why no upgrade pricing for existing V1 customers. I bought Photo through the Apple store in 2015 I think and then Designer and Publisher on their website so they could save the Apple charge. I also bought the 3 books accompanying it, in 2020-2021. Good resources. But I understand their reasoning about pricing, and why should I want a deeper discount or be jealous that a new customer gets a good price? For the suite price of ca. EUR 119 you get good apps on your iPad too, that will last you quite a few years. I will purchase it this week on their website again, to save the Apple charge. If they want to do something extra for V1 users, a free upgrade to the book with the new features would be appreciated. Like a free PDF or else only charge a shipping fee plus small markup for the updated books.
  3. Hello, Affinity Publisher crashes when I try to export a PDF. Only rarely it finishes without issues. Looks like it is too complex? Though my booklet is only 22 pages with some hyperlinks. The afpub file is around 5.5mb. I run a Macbook Pro 13inch, 16Gb/1Tb 2018 model with the latest MacOS Catalina. On a Macbook Air M1 with Big Sur the same .afpub file exports okay. Any thoughts? I tried solving by installing over the current installation (else I loose my profiles) but that didn't help. Is there a way to say clear the cache of AP, if there is any? Attached is the Macos crash report. Thanks, Etienne crashreport AP.rtf
  4. I have affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher. Looking to get this keyboard, so direct support for the apps ranks high on my wishlist.
