[FAQ] I've been asked to provide information about my system. How?

You may have been asked by our support team or developers to provide information about your system to help resolve an issue. Please follow the relevant instructions below to find this information:

Windows

To access System Information on Windows, press the Windows Key + R to bring up the Run dialog. Now type in msinfo32 and press Enter. You will now be shown a summary of your system information. You can take a screenshot of this information or you can save all of the information by going to File > Save.

macOS

To access System Information on MacOS, press and hold the Option key and click the Apple   and then System Information... You will now be shown a summary of your system information. You can take a screenshot of this information or you can save all of the information by going to File > Save.

iPadOS

To find out your iPad's model number and see which software version you have installed on your device, go to Settings > General and tap About.

Please note: if you're uploading this information to the forum it will be viewable to everyone, so please remove or hide any sensitive information such as your Mac's or iPad's Serial Number.
