GarryP
Windows 10 Home 1903, Publisher 1.7.2.471. I have a decoration in a paragraph style which doesn’t allow for the text wrap settings of the layer it is near to. See attached GIF to see how the decoration goes behind the image. The decoration is in the right place related to the text but the decoration isn’t being spaced from the image layer properly (which would force the text farther to the right). I’ve also attached images showing some settings. Have I got something wrong or is this a bug?
Joachim_L
Try First Line Indent = 18pt and Left Indent = 0pt at Spacing and -12pt left indent at Decorations. Added: But I have no clue, what to do when the headline is spans two lines. Joachim_L
Am I doing something wrong here? How do you set an indent on a paragraph, when the text is wrapped around an element. Indenting first line works, but not if there is more than one line in the paragraph. GarryP
Joachim_L, that seems to have fixed it (for single-line headline at least), so thanks for that. However, as you say, it doesn’t work for multi-line headlines, see attached GIF. I don’t know how to fix this but I can probably use two different styles (my original and your new one) to get what I need in both cases (neither case is particularly common in my document and I can use manual workarounds where needed).
