Tak Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 (edited) Hi there, I am using trial versions of Affinity Designer, Photo and Publisher. Just found out that if I select Designer Persona, the message "App launch required" appears. Photo Persona works and the message "Linked" is shown. I have uninstalled and re-installed them again, launched them with no luck. Is this because I am using trial versions? Installed on Mac OS X Mojave, all 1.7.2 versions. Thanks in advance. Staff Dan C Posted August 20, 2019 Staff Share Posted August 20, 2019 Hi tak, Welcome to the forums Unfortunately this is a bug with the latest version, 1.7.2, when running the trials of the software Designer is currently failing to connect - my sincerest apologies. Our developers are aware of this and they're working to fix this, please note that this only affects the trial versions, meaning if you were to purchase the full app then your StudioLink would function correctly. My apologies for any inconveniences caused!
