GarryP Posted August 14, 2019 Posted August 14, 2019 In the Windows version of Publisher, the “Open folder in Explorer” menu item is available when I create a new document but have not yet saved it. I’ve noticed that – at the moment, on my machine – this function currently opens the Desktop folder but I was wondering if this was the default or whether it changed depending on circumstances. Or, should “Open folder in Explorer” be greyed out until the document is saved? Not a major issue, just wondering. Quote
Staff Lee D Posted August 14, 2019 Staff Posted August 14, 2019 The option Open folder in Explorer should be greyed out until the file has been saved, as it does on macOS. This has been passed over to the developers. Quote
GarryP Posted August 14, 2019 Author Posted August 14, 2019 Thanks Lee. I didn’t think it should be active until the document was saved but I thought I’d ask just in case I was missing a trick. Quote
