It's the standard 12R size, @David G Ferre.

From this site we can see that it's defined just as Photo has it:

Quote

The dimension of 12R Photo Sizes in mm, cm, inch:

  • 12R Photo Size in mm is 305 x 381 millimeter.
  • 12R Photo Size in cm is 30.5 x 38.1 centimeter.
  • 12R Photo Size in inch is 12 x 15 inches.

Also confirmed in Wikipedia.

If you'd like a 16x12 preset you can create one. In the File > New dialog, choose Photo and Custom and then set it up as you'd like. Then click the hamburger menu and choose Create Preset. To use it later, during File > New change the Type to Presets and choose the one you created.
