I know how to insert a page number field, but I can't figure out how to add the Section number along with the Page Number.

For example    (Section 1-1, Section 1-2, etc.)

Is it possible?

I am pretty sure it only takes the name of the section. If Section name: is blank then nothing is put in there.

Yeah, I named the section, but nothing appears.  The Section manager acts like it should show the Section along with the page, but never does.  Section names only appear in the pages view on the left of the screen.

What I mean is the Section and Page combined in the same field as InDesign does, and auto-number on each page and section on the page itself, not just in the thumbnail preview.

Just type the word Page between the <Section Name> and the # in my first screenshot, the one of the Master Page. So it looks like 

<Section Name> Page #
