Bug avec Affinity designer sur Mac

Recommended Posts

Bonjour,

Pascale

Hi Pascale Decalf,

Welcome to the forums :)

Please could you tell me where you purchased the app from? Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that solves your issue?

Thanks

Callum

Bonjour,

Affinity photo, heureusement, fonctionne toujours.

Cordialement,

Pascale Decalf

Hello,

I bought Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo via the Apple Shop site on June 25, 2015, during the launch of the software.

If I uninstall Affinity Designer, I'm afraid I can not reinstall it. Indeed, I do not have an account Affinity (impossible today to create an account since my purchase of 2015 did not create an account automatically).

I called APPLE who checked that my computer did not have a problem. The apple technician told me that there was definitely an incompatibility between affinity designer (which was updated 3 days ago) and my version of mac (Mojave version 10.14.5). Affinity designer worked very well just a few months ago. Affinity photo, thankfully, still works.

Pascale Decalf

Hi Pascale,

There aren't really any known compatability issues with Mojave bar issues with the in-app help. Please could you try opening the app with the CTRL key held down and when the reset menu appears make sure only Don't restore window and documents is ticked then hit Clear. This should hopefully resolve your issue.
