What’s the state of play with Plugins?

Recommended Posts

I see a number of old posts re plugins, I’m wondering what the current state of play is?

is there an SDK for programmers yet?

Can we move away from Photoshop etc plugins?

With the 1.7 update some of the older plugin's no-longer work, we have made changes to allow the nik collection to work and my Topaz old plugin's are still working.

We do not have a SDK for plugin developers

I am not aware of any plans to support non Photoshop style plugin's

Thanks for that. so Topaz. and what's the 'nik' collection?

What would be nice would be a definitive list of working plugins, although I guess that's a pretty big ask... Probably any of the newer plugins for photoshop will work.

anyway,

Thanks

Robert
