milo695 Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Hi all, I just downloaded new update for Designer and after loading stuff it just says: Setup Failed Tried restarting PC, no effect. I'm on Win7 64bit, Designer installed/worked without any issues since I purchased. Please help. Thanks Quote

Dan C Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 Thanks for trying that. Are you still seeing the same error when trying to install? Could you please run the following tool for me and provide a screenshot of the results? http://www.asoft.be/prod_netver.html Quote

Dan C Posted June 12, 2019 Posted June 12, 2019 Thanks for that, could you please download and install .NET 4.8 framework from the following link, restart your computer and then try the installation again?https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48 Quote
milo695 Posted June 17, 2019 Author Posted June 17, 2019 That did the trick, so .NET 4.8 framework was the solution for me - thank you. Also, update from 1.7.0 > 1.7.1 went smooth without any problems. Keep up the good work. Dan C 1 Quote
