App Crashing

Recommended Posts

When I attempt to make any changes to the art in progress, as a example changing vector layer name, this will cause the app to freeze and crash. After working for a few hours the app was freezing and would crash and loose the work I had completed. This happened multiple times. I have the newest version for apple on the newest iPad Pro, and installed new version 1.7.0.9 when issue started. When I opened the app, changed vector name, and pressed back button,  it crashs. I then tried to end the task and try again, same issue. Turned off the iPad and tried again, same issue. I am honestly annoyed because the app won't save any work I do and crashes after so much is done or I press the back arrow to hone screen. Is there any ideas on how to fix this??

I think my file is corrupted now ( could be wrong ), but I have no idea how this could happen (I had not restarted my IPad while this app was running ). All my other art projects work fine.  Is there any way to fix this, or any explanation for why this happened? I am unable to copy anything from the file and transfer into a new file as well. Basically making me start all over after days of work. If the file needs to be uploaded I can do that.

Hi carrie1811,

Could you try using the 'Save' option available on a file's preferences menu (the three grey lines) on the document selection screen. This will save your file to 'On my iPad' in Files. Once that has done are you able to attach it to the forum please so we can investigate. Also are you able to perform a screen recording of the main crash you're getting with the file please so we can try and replicate it in house.

Thanks,
